Just discussing it on Radio 5 Live. Apparently it will be available in the US in June and in the UK "after that" (no kidding!)

But, the trouble has already started brewing....
Cisco today announced that it has filed a lawsuit to forbid Apple from using the name "iPhone." It obtained the iPhone trademark in 2000 after the acquisition of Infogear, which previously owned the mark and sold iPhone products for several years.

It appears that apple have again played the Digital rights management card in that any software must be compable with the phone before it gets played!
